Melanie Waters is a conveyancer based at our Southwold office, having joined us in 1996.

Melanie offers a hugely professional service to clients, dealing with both first time buyers and those looking to buy a second or even third home. She is immensely capable, providing an extremely safe pair of hands to ensure that clients feel their house purchase will go through smoothly, calmly. She loves working with people and considers a house purchase the single most significant financial commitment, and one of the most emotional commitments clients will ever make.

Melanie handles a varied selection of work and this has given her a great understanding in knowing when to be cautious, when to ask the right questions of clients and when to make things happen. She is approachable, with great people skills and she actively strives to be open and to communicate effectively and efficiently with clients from the beginning of the house purchase right through to the very end.

Melanie is married with three daughters and is a keen photographer, enjoying the beautiful landscapes around Suffolk, where she lives.
